With the network now undoubtedly being one of the key parts of a business, a maintenance contract is becoming a must have insurance policy to ensure that any network problem is resolved quickly and within key parameters.

J Brand has a 24 x 7 x 365 maintenance offering that covers all aspects of the network including active hardware, copper and fibre cabling, electrics, WLANs, telephone system, PTCs and till systems.

J Brand has invested extensively in the Support Team and offers 24 x 7 x 365 cover on all aspects of a data and electrical infrastructure to ensure maximum up-time. Support contracts are in place for a wide range of products including:

  • Fire alarm systems
  • Emergency lighting systems
  • Wireless LANs
  • Telephone systems
  • People Traffic Counters (PTCs)

Maintenance contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are therefore tailored to the specific requirements of individual organisations. In order to ensure SLAs are met, J Brand can hold and manage on-site spares as required by the terms of any such contract.
