ISO 14001 certification and audit passed with flying colours – zero nonconformities. We work extremely hard to keep our systems and operations at the necessary standards and beyond.
We like to be bold in employment. If the candidate is right, then the timing doesn’t have to be. We recently had three interviews for one role. All three candidates impressed, so we hired all three. Building for the future!
Our 24/7/365 support desk service is now as big as it’s ever been, delivering assistance to hundreds of customers every month – whether that’s on the phone, or more commonly through an onsite visit. Providing valuable peace of mind all day, every day!
Two of the projects won last week – one new customer, one existing customer. Both for Wi-Fi upgrades. One quick turnaround, one for longer over a few months. Nobody does it better than J Brand!
Big investments planned at our Cheshire HQ, with work already underway to expand the operation. More space for kit, another meeting room, and more. The centre has served us well since development, but we’ve always got one eye on how we proactively accommodate growth!
Encouraging J Brand news – April saw us equal our highest ever turnover for a calendar month. A real testament to the team’s hard work and dedication, which is appreciated by our growing portfolio of clients. Such sustainable growth is all down to their incredible efforts.
We’re delighted to have been approved by Approachable Certification Ltd to the following standard – ISO/IEC 27001:2022, for ‘recycling and refurbishment of used IT equipment’.
Big J Brand news – a huge contract won, delivering hardware installation and cabling services for a national supermarket chain. In all corners of the country, with an imminent start date. To be finished in 2024 – looking forward to it!
A big deinstallation job completed, with a 100% success rate. An 11 week programme, over 110+ sites. Roughly 3,000 bits of kit dealt with, all done under immense time pressure early each morning. Another top job delivered by the team – full credit to all involved!
