Support desk growth 19th June 2024
Our 24/7/365 support desk service is now as big as it’s ever been, delivering assistance to hundreds of customers every month – whether that’s on the phone, or more commonly through an onsite visit. Providing valuable peace of mind all day, every day!
J Brand projects won 3rd June 2024
Two of the projects won last week – one new customer, one existing customer. Both for Wi-Fi upgrades. One quick turnaround, one for longer over a few months. Nobody does it better than J Brand!
Cheshire HQ investment 1st June 2024
Big investments planned at our Cheshire HQ, with work already underway to expand the operation. More space for kit, another meeting room, and more. The centre has served us well since development, but we’ve always got one eye on how we proactively accommodate growth!

Another successful deinstallation contract completed – 100% success rate 13th February 2024
A big deinstallation job completed, with a 100% success rate. An 11 week programme, over 110+ sites. Roughly 3,000 bits of kit dealt with, all done under immense time pressure early each morning. Another top job delivered by the team – full credit to all involved!
