We’ve recently celebrated anniversaries for members of the J Brand team ranging from 47 years, down to 23 and below, alongside plenty of others. Staff retention is a vital principle, underlining ‘My Customer, My Responsibility’. Building trust and familiarity, all helping to deliver the highest quality of customer service.
A recent project involved upgrading a telephone system in a healthcare setting, all whilst keeping any disruption to an absolute minimum. 5,400 lines were successfully migrated, supporting uninterrupted hospital operations and patient care. Superb work!
