Chris happened to be in store on an unrelated job, but had a few minutes to spare while he waited to get access to the back office, so gave me a call and assisted in getting the PED working.

I wasn’t expecting a call from him but he took the initiative to help and we managed to resolve the issue quickly, so I very much appreciate his assistance.
