Tom Franklin, Diebold Nixdorf

The engineer at Leominster, Kev Tottle, yesterday was exceptional.  There were multiple issues throughout the day with the till builds and he stayed until these were all resolved eventually leaving store after 8pm with the last two SCO tills still building but confident the issues had been resolved.  All tills have now been tested and are fully up and running this morning.
