Pete was outstanding, working with myself and TCS to resolve the issues on what was a very challenging day.  When we arrived there was a server issue in store where all devices were offline, and although not part of his remit, he helped me to test the devices with the store as the fix was applied remotely.  He also assisted me with till screen set ups whilst we were waiting for TCS to fix the back office database issues on the tills.
