The Stevenage Comms cab rework took place last night it was a tremendous success both Rob & Gary were instrumental in the planning and delivery of this work.

Rob in the planning, liaising with electricians & Head of Property, creation of network scheme, getting equipment and back up equipment delivered to store and keeping Hexaware on task.

Gary in the delivery, creation of the timeline of events, communication and reminding Hexaware of tasks to take the store offline safely, the manual overnight work in conjunction with Sam Church (engineer onsite) which must have been a very dirty job. Finally brought the store back online with the support of Hexaware teams. I’m sure they are both exhausted today.

Also great comms from Gary throughout the night and early morning so I was fully aware of what was going on.
