Just a quick update on J Brand from this week completing the tills and help desk relocations at Braintree

The engineer arrived at site and completed signing in with the contractors and made themselves aware to me prior to starting any work

The engineer Chris was polite, and whilst had a job sheet detailing the work, asked for clarification just to confirm that all relevant works would be completed. He also took/provided contact details so that we could communicate if he needed any support or had any further queries

The PC moves went to plan, with minimal disruption working well with the store team.

It did take longer than normal as this was the engineers first job and the comms cabinet labelling was misleading but he stayed until the work was completed fully

The visits were in two stages, so there was a revisit yesterday which was a simple task of reinstating the equipment removed on visit 1 which was completed in the same manner.

Overall I found the experience very pleasant and wasn’t any fuss or issues
