I just wanted to call out Chris for going above and beyond last week to help us out in a difficult situation with SCS.
I called Chris last Thursday at 10am to see if there was any chance to arrange an engineer to attend two stores the same day and replace 3 devices.
Despite the very tight timelines, Chris had an engineer on the way to both stores within a few hours, and the works were completed on the day with help from Rick (who was helpful as always).
This helped us out massively in what was a very challenging situation with the client, and the support is (as always) massively appreciated.
