Engineers are causing little or no disruption to the stores trading, and abide to the social distancing rules very well.

During the Whatsapp Comms they are clear with the store & PEDS they are working on, the full updates on when each PED is working successfully, and the leaving store signs offs again are very helpful to know where we are.

One Particular comment word for word was taken as follows !! “The Engineer was brilliant, He was polite and respectful. He cleaned and wiped down everything as he went and even directed customers to available tills. Fantastic!”
From a support perspective – I have found that the engineers have been brilliant, communication has been very clear & the arrival & install completion times are very impressive.
Its clear that the Engineers take pride in the upgrades & installs, nothing is too much effort for them. They are sometimes clearly under pressure with the anomailes and additional duties to accomplish in store -this is over and above upgrading the PEDS themselves, which makes their days very long sometimes – but they all take it in their stride & are happy to accommodate everything with ease. They are a massive part of the team & our rollout world not be the success we have today without them.
It goes without saying the support and dedication of the J Brands office & warehouse project team is faultless. The dedication, support, ideas & ownership of Colin, Justin, Jim, Warren & recently Andy has been imperative, without them, we would not see the success we have for the project today.
