I am just in the process of making my Early Life Support calls to stores following the Win10 upgrades and am pleased to say that feedback has been very positive and post install issues very few and far between.

I have just spoken with the assistant manager at Durham, which was upgraded on Thursday last week, and she mentioned how outstanding both Rob and Michael were. She commented how professional, patient, thorough and friendly they were, so I thought I would let you know.
