Before Paddy went to site at Chesney Wold today, they were reporting several IT issues. These were not our responsibility but as we were working on site, asked if we could take a look. When Paddy had finished at site, I received the following Teams message from Jack, one of the customer’s team assigned to this project:

“Please thank Paddy as he managed to correct some issues at Chesney – PC now connecting to network, emails have a temp workaround with instructions to contact service desk, printer is now scanning and printing correctly”

Paddy went out of his way to fix some of their issues where he could while still completing the network cutover. Maintel would like to extend their thanks to Paddy for his exceptional work and attitude on site today.
