There was an issue where the splicing to the backbone cabling was damaged by others during the weekend works. Yesterday morning when this issue came up you saved the day by helping our engineer rectify this. His words were “The incident has been fixed by Brad from J Brand, wouldn’t of fixed it without him, luckily he was onsite doing the AP cabling
