I just wanted to call out to you the effort that Chris on the support desk put in today for the Andrew Martin – Tottenham Court Rd visit.

We requested this visit with practically no notice and Chris still managed to arrange an engineer within a few hours despite no engineers being particularly close to the store at the time.

Getting an engineer to site that quickly helped us to avoid a difficult situation with the client, so please pass across our appreciation.
