Government looses Solar PV battle 25.1.2012
The Court of Appeal has upheld a High Court ruling that Government cuts to the Feed-in Tariff were unlawful. This means that any solar PV installs registered before the 3rd March 2012 will receive the 43.3p tariff (not the 21p that they announced last year). South London bar installs revolutionary ‘hands-free’ video games for urinals 13.12.2011
