With this nationwide coverage, J Brand is a "call-out" specialist, with various contracts in place that involve an electrician attending site on the same day to resolve an issue.
From a data network perspective, J Brand can add value with any project that is based around Ethernet and IP; from ATMs and Kiosks in the financial sector to RFID in retail and digital signage in education. From selecting the correct cable infrastructure to deploying Quality of Service to support VoIP, the highly trained in-house team will ensure that the solution is fit for purpose and optimise the total cost of ownership.
The third piece of the J Brand infrastructure proposition involves commissioning. Based in the purpose built Runcorn Distribution and Commissioning Centre, the package encompasses both on-site and off-site services for a wide range of PCs, servers and EPOS equipment.
J Brand ensures that all staff and operatives are kept up to date with any changes to the important area of Health & Safety legislation. Regular review meetings with J Brand's independent H&S consultant take place, with updates and training provided to all operatives. Recent courses run for operatives include "Working at Height", "Electrical Test & Inspection (inc. 17th Edition updates)", "Asbestos Awareness", "Wireless Training" and also project specific training. All internal and external operative training and qualifications is recorded within the "J Brand Training Matrix" database.
